Custom Embroidery

Embroidery is our most popular decoration option! Perfect for logos around 4 inches or smaller, this process involves sewing your design directly into the fabric. While shirts and outerwear are typically embroidered on the chest, other placement options include sleeves, cuffs, below the collar (on the back), and on the collar itself. For hats, embroidery can be applied on the front, side, or back. We also offer embroidery for products like briefcases, although they may be limited to one or two locations.

At Image Connection, we handle all embroidery in-house using top-of-the-line equipment and supplies. Combined with our uniform management program, we ensure that every logo receives the best quality treatment.

Our embroidery setup fee is just $50 for most logos, a one-time charge. The application fee for your design depends on the number of stitches, as this determines the time needed to embroider. Typically, embroidery costs range from $4.00 to $6.00. To get a precise quote, simply send us your design, and we’ll be happy to provide details.

We take your digital artwork and "digitize" it into an embroidery file. This file tells our equipment how to sew each stitch, change thread colors, and trim threads. We can create embroidery files from nearly any high-quality digital artwork. Within 1-2 days, you'll receive either a digital proof or a sewn swatch of your design for approval. We work with you to ensure the final design is exactly what you want, though small lettering may need adjustments to maintain quality. For thread color options, click here.

Our standard turnaround time for embroidery is 7-10 days. Rush orders are accepted based on availability, with no additional charge. We always strive to meet your deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

For hats, we require a 6-piece minimum order. For all other embroidered products, orders below six pieces incur a $5.00 service charge. However, corporate programs are exempt from minimums and service charges for other items.
